EOHHS Health Care Reform Enrollment, Outreach and Access to Care Grants
Welcome to the website for the EOHHS enrollment and outreach grant program. This online community offers program information and resources about the grant program and the work of EOHHS grant funded organizations conducting grass-roots, health care reform outreach and enrollment across the State.
Through this site, organizations get important information from grant administrators, can learn about each other's effective practices, and connect with fellow grantees.

African Community Health Initiatives (ACHI) Recently ACHI has teamed up with the Northeastern University Health in Motion Van (HIMV) to establish a unique outreach collaboration. ACHI began travelling this fall on the van with the Northeastern team to provide enrollment and educational outreach to African residents.
